Taperia Jamón Jamón stands for quality product, taste and authenticity. It is the most advanced and sophisticated version of what is called “Taperia” a place where the pork is the main actor. 

It goes beyond the typical “Iberian label” because they serve pork from Iberian pig – double acorn – fed; a feeding based on natural acorn during two long periods generating a unique quality of meat and marbling fat.
