Our Story

Taperia Jamon Jamon is defined by the product of quality, taste and authenticity. It is the most updated and sophisticated version of a ‘Taperia’. The cuisine is based on elaborations where the Iberico pig is the star and is presented in all its versions from nose to tail.

Taperia Jamon Jamon is a cult to the product and to the origin. The menu is elaborated based on the 100% Iberian pig acorn-fed with “double montanera” Arturo Sánchez.
